Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, sketches, drawings to construct trailer components.
• Weld doors, floors, sidewalls, slats using MIG/TIG welding equipment.
• Verify product conformance to specifications per work orders and drawings.
• Measure, mark, cut, and machine parts with tube benders, bandsaws, plasma torches.
• Collaborate with welders and supervisors to resolve issues.
• Adhere to lean manufacturing and 5S, Kanban, and safety standards.
• Be able to float to other departments as needed.
• Maintain quality and timely production; keep regular attendance.
