Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Welder to MIG weld aluminum trailers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The candidate will read work orders and use a tape measure, following drawings and prints to build trailers from setup through finish capacity.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow checklists, and adherence to safety policies. A reliable attendance record and successful PCP/drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to read/understand work orders and read/use a tape measure.
• Reliable work history with good attendance.
• Must pass Physical Capacity Profile (PCP) to standard and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Use a MIG welder to build/prepare aluminum trailers using drawings in setup, middle and finish capacity.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and quality.
• Read and follow checklists, masters and prints.
• Work safely following Aluma's safety policy.
• Maintain Aluma quality standards including identifying parts issues and defects.
