Samuel, Son & Co. is seeking an experienced MIG welder in Virginia to read blueprints, set up welds, and produce high-quality joints. The role requires teamwork, strict safety adherence, and the ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions.

You will maintain accurate records, clock jobs in IFS, and operate overhead cranes while ensuring a clean work area and compliance with TPM documentation. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Competenze

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to clock jobs accurately in IFS.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32" tolerance.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area and TPM sheets.
• Strong teamwork and safety compliance in fast-paced environments.
