Job summary

You will set up and operate welding equipment, inspect welds, and maintain production records in a safe environment. We value teamwork and continuous improvement, with opportunities for progression across Welder I–III levels based on proficiency and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Welding certification or vocational training preferred.
• Entry-level welding experience or completion of welding training program.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding operations according to specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and fitting components.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and machinery.
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality compliance.
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety policies.
