Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Manchester, IA is seeking a welder for night shift to produce high‑quality weldments for heavy‑duty truck equipment.

You will set up and operate MIG welders, read blueprints, and ensure welds meet strict production standards while maintaining safety and 5S practices. The role requires 6 months of welding experience or an associate degree/certification, with a 3:30pm–1:30am schedule, paid lunch, and ample overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience and/or associate degree or certification.
• Ability to weld parts using GMAW MIG.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols; apply basic shop math.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and regulate welding machines.
• Weld parts using the GMAW (MIG) process.
• Monitor weld variables to ensure size and quality standards.
• Produce quality welds meeting daily production requirements.
• Read blueprints/drawings and work instructions to manufacture quality products.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production goals.
