Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months welding experience or an associates degree or certification.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Ability to use tape measure and perform basic shop math.
• Adheres to health, safety and 5S housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and regulate MIG welding machines.
• Weld parts per blueprints to meet daily production.
• Read blueprints, welding symbols, and apply fixtures.
• Maintain weld quality and participate in team training.
• Support safety and scrap reduction initiatives.
