Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and applying welding procedures.
• Certified in MIG welding to meet AWS requirements.
• Ability to pass AWS/CWB certificates and other customer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate MIG welding equipment to assemble and weld poles.
• Set up machines to required settings and read blueprints.
• Record labor using move tags and ensure weld quality meets standards.
• Weld in flat and horizontal positions; adjust equipment as needed.
• Operate related shop equipment and follow safety procedures.
