Pro Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter to join our manufacturing team in Manheim, PA. This hands-on role focuses on reading blueprints, fitting, and welding components to precise tolerances using MIG welding.

The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read weld symbols and measure accurately. The position operates on the 2nd shift with competitive pay and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
• Fit, align, tack, and weld metal components and assemblies.
• Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and other measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
• Fit, align, tack, and weld metal components and assemblies.
• Perform MIG welding on various metal components.
• Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and other measuring tools.
• Use hand and power tools to prepare and finish components.
• Grind, clean, and prepare welds as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
