Job summary

Pro Mechanical Services is seeking Welder/Fitters for the Mount Joy area to perform skilled welding and fabrication. Candidates must have 4+ years of proven on-the-job experience in this field. This is a 2nd shift role with pay ranging from $26 to $30 per hour, based on a weld test, and weekly pay.

Overtime may be required and pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required. Benefits include health insurance after 90 days and PTO within the first 30 days.

• Minimum 4+ years of proven welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled welding and fabrication to drawings and specs.
• Set up and operate welding machines and hand tools.
• Use power tools and related equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Operate forklift and overhead crane as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
