Job summary

ISC Manufacturing LLC is seeking an experienced MIG fabricator/welder to join our team in Texas. The role involves reading blueprints, setting up components, welding in all positions, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

A minimum of 2 years in MIG/FCAW is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You'll work both independently and with the team to meet production deadlines, with a 30-90 day probation period and a welding test

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years' MIG welding experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license required.
Experience with Screw Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Mixers, and heavy equipment fabrication is a plus.

Responsibilities

Read blueprints and drawings and set up components for welding according to specifications.
Operate grinders, drills, plasma, oxy-fuel torch, and ironworker to prepare parts for welding.
Weld components in all positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead).
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
