Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused industry in Kansas. The role emphasizes efficient and precise welding to meet customer specifications, with an employee-owned culture and growth opportunities.

We offer a climate-controlled shop environment, quarterly bonus potential, an ESOP program, and a strong benefits package. This position requires in-person work at our Olathe facility with relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method from blueprints if not stated on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to quality assurance for inspection.
• Maintain records on production to ensure correct number of parts.
• Organize work to meet complexity, method, and expected completion times.
• Other responsibilities as required.
