Job summary
WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team. The role focuses on efficient, precise welds that meet customer specifications for high-quality outcomes in a home-grown, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications
- MIG welding/fabricator experience (at least one year).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Produce high quality welds efficiently.
- Ensure materials meet customer specifications by selecting welding method when not stated on the blueprint.
- Perform first piece check and submit to QA for inspection before completing the rest.
- Maintain production records to ensure correct part counts.
- Organize work to meet complexity, method, and expected completion time.
- Handle other responsibilities as required.
