Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team in Lenexa, KS. The role focuses on efficient, precise welds that meet customer specs, with a homegrown, employee-owned culture and strong growth opportunities.

We offer a fully air-conditioned shop, quarterly pay reviews, ESOP, and a comprehensive benefits package including retirement, health, and tuition support. On-site, in-person work with relocation/commute to Olathe, KS.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining welding method if not stated on blueprint.
• Perform first piece inspection and submit to quality assurance for inspection.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct part counts.
• Organize work to meet complexity and timing of orders.
• Other duties as required.
