WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join the Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. You will produce high quality welds efficiently, interpret blueprints and welding symbols, and ensure parts meet specifications with first piece checks for QA approval.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining the welding method if not stated on the blueprint.
• Submit first piece checks to quality assurance prior to completing the job.
• Maintain records on production to ensure correct quantity.
• Organize work to optimize complexity, method, and time for various job orders.
• Other responsibilities as required.
