Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. You will produce high quality welds efficiently while meeting customer specifications and staying productive with precise workmanship.

We offer an air-conditioned shop, ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, competitive benefits, and clear growth paths. This In-person role is based in Kansas, with relocation required for local candidates.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience of at least 1 year.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by selecting welding method.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA before full job.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct quantity.
• Organize work by complexity and time to meet schedules.
