Morgan Metals, Inc. in Athens, AL is hiring a Fabricator Welder to join our metal fabrication team. You will perform MIG welding on mild and structural steel, complete fit-up, and inspect welds for quality.
The ideal candidate reads blueprints, pays close attention to detail, and maintains safe, clean work areas. Overtime and occasional weekend work are available, with day shift hours 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability
Formación
- Previous MIG welding experience.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
Responsabilidades
- Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on mild and structural steel components.
- Complete fit-up and fabrication tasks.
- Inspect welds to ensure strength, quality, and accuracy.
- Grind and finish welds as required.
