Job summary

• Basic welding skills with MIG or TIG experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to undergo a welding test and train on specific processes.

Responsibilities

• MIG/TIG welding of metal components
• Threading electrode wire through a portable welding gun
• Welding in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
• Preparing damaged parts by grooving or scarfing surfaces
• Tacking assemblies together prior to full weld
• Working safely and efficiently in a heavy industrial environment
