Job summary

JST Manufacturing is seeking a skilled fabricator/welder to read engineering blueprints and fabricate metal components per specifications. Responsibilities include TIG/MIG welding, finishing, and ensuring quality standards are met on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel parts.

You will use shop tools, read work orders, and track labor with shop-floor software. Expect a Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm shift with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints, work orders, and project specs.
• Able to perform basic math using a calculator.
• Able to TIG/MIG weld Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and mild steel.

Responsibilities

• Read orders/drawings to determine fabrication methods.
• Fabricate, weld, and finish parts to JST quality standards.
• Use measuring tools and contribute to quality program.
• Track labor and material usage with shop software.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean workstation.
• Support multiple departments and meet production schedules.
• Work up to 10 hours overtime as needed.
