Job summary

WEBCO MFG in Olathe, KS is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team. Produce high-quality welds that meet specifications and maintain efficiency in a fully air-conditioned facility.

You will read blueprints, determine welding methods when not stated, perform first-piece checks, and keep production records to ensure correct output. This role offers quarterly bonuses, ESOP and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method if not specified on blueprints.
• Submit first piece check to QA for inspection.
• Maintain records to ensure correct production output and timely processing.
• Perform other duties as required.
