Qualifications

• 2–4 years MIG welding experience required.
• No welding certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable and quality-focused with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld steel trailer components per blueprints or drawings.
• Inspect welds for strength, accuracy, and appearance.
• Operate shop tools (grinders, saws, torches, plasma cutters, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals through teamwork and communication.
