Job summary

American Augers, a division of The Toro Company, is hiring experienced MIG welders/fabricators to build reliable, high-quality machinery where every weld matters and teamwork drives our success.

Shift: 5am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday with some overtime. Wage: $24-$28 hourly, depending on experience. Located in West Salem, OH, we offer a competitive salary and full benefits as part of The Toro Company family.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience or have completed a formal welding training program.
• Ability to pass required entry-level plate test for production welding.
• Appropriate mechanical skills, including experience using hand and air-powered tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read information from blueprints, technical manuals, or other documents.
• Use a hoist to lift and position large, heavier components and completed weldments.
• Set up, adjust, and operate MIG welding equipment to weld machine components.
