Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years' experience in heavy duty machining/manufacturing.
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Demonstrated MIG welding skills.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and routings.
• Ability to layout parts using weld fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Layout, position, align and fit components into welding fixture as instructed.
• Set-up gas-shield, MIG-weld and weld parts to job specifications.
• Read, interpret and understand blueprints and welding symbols to complete job assignments.
• Use hand tools, clamps and grinders to perform job tasks.
• Complete basic maintenance on welding equipment.
• Adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices.
