Epiroc is seeking a skilled Welder to join our Dexter, MI manufacturing team. This onsite role focuses on producing high‑quality welding work to meet safety, reliability, and performance standards. Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience.
• Demonstrated skill level in wire feed (MIG) welding.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, problem‑solving skills, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Layout, position, align, and fit components into the welding fixture as instructed.
• Set up the gas shield, MIG-weld, and weld parts to job specifications.
• Read, interpret, and understand blueprints and welding symbols to complete job assignments.
• Use hand tools, clamps, and grinders to perform job tasks.
• Complete basic maintenance on welding equipment.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental procedures, policies, and practices.
• Any other duties that fall within the employee’s capabilities.
