CDI custom curb adapters in Minnesota is seeking a full-time welder to join a dynamic team. The role involves MIG welding, blueprint reading, weld inspection, and preparing parts for assembly in a fast-paced HVAC curb manufacturing environment.

Candidates must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma, pass a pre-employment drug test, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Outstanding attention to detail and safe work practices.
• Experience with MIG welding and reading blueprints is preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Welds using MIG welding on various metal types following blueprints.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare parts by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping and cutting as needed.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production staff to schedule work.
