Job summary

TOPS Staffing, LLC is seeking skilled MIG Welders for a prominent metal fabrication facility in Ambridge, PA. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity features a 4-day work week on all shifts and a pay range of $23.00–$26.00 per hour with a $4.00 per hour second-shift differential.

You'll fit, fabricate, join, and repair steel components to blueprints in a fast-paced environment. Experience with MIG welding, blueprint interpretation, and safety standards is essential; forklift/crane operation and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Experience setting up and operating MIG welding equipment.
• Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes (certifications preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to pass and maintain MIG welding certification.
• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Fit, fabricate, join, and repair steel components per blueprints.
• Set up equipment and follow welding specifications to ensure quality welds.
• Assist robotic welders and maintain a safe, efficient work area.
