Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Welding trade school, technical training, apprenticeship, or formal welding certification preferred.
• 3+ years welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication per procedures and drawings.
• Read blueprints and weld symbols to complete projects.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding machines and related equipment.
• Inspect welds and fabricated products for dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and quality goals.
