Qualifications

• MIG welding experience preferred; semi-automatic experience a plus.
• One year of welding experience or completion of welding classes preferred.
• Ability to pass welder qualification test.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to quality, safety, environmental standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fit, and MIG weld parts according to prints and specifications.
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment, including adjusting voltage, wire feed, and gas flow.
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and conformance to specifications.
• Clean and prepare materials before and after welding.
• Label finished products accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain welding equipment and work area cleanliness.
• Complete related tasks as needed.
