Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a 2nd shift MIG welder in Monticello, Indiana. The welder will spend most of the day welding with MIG equipment in a clean, modern shop and report to safety standards. This role supports multiple client projects and offers overtime opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar role and are comfortable taking lead on safety and process improvement. Compensation starts around $17+ per hour based on experience.

• Two or more years of experience in a comparable welding role.
• Experience with MIG welding and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Welds with MIG equipment for the majority of the shift.

2nd Shift Mig Welder – $17+ based on experience

A Monticellocompany is searching for a Mig Welder who will spend the majority of the workday welding. Our Welders are provided the latest equipment and operate within a clean work space. The ideal candidate for our Welder opening would have experience using amig welder. The Welder role is a critical position for incoming and outgoing projects for our clients. Our welding teams will work independently, taking the lead on safety reporting and tracking, acting as an internal resource for recommendations for design.
