Job summary

Etnyre & Co., a growing, family-owned manufacturer of road maintenance and transportation equipment, is hiring a Welder to join our production team. You will perform MIG welding, construct components from standard materials, and follow blueprints to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

We offer 1st shift with overtime opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing, and annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Experience with MIG welding preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding using standard tools and equipment.
• Construct components and parts from standard materials.
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Ensure quality standards are met through accurate, timely work.
• Support production goals and maintain a clean, safe work area.
