Job summary

The position requires reading work instructions, using grinders and hand tools, and performing quality checks. You must pass weld evaluations and an eye exam to qualify.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.; extended hours may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow work instructions.
• Must be able to pass weld evaluations (written and practical).
• Must pass an eye exam (with or without corrective lenses).
• Must be able to use small hand tools, grinders, sanders, etc.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand work instructions.
• Load and unload parts.
• Change weld tips, nozzles, and maintain equipment.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform product quality checks in accordance with work instructions.
• Design efficient hanging solutions per company specifications.
• Use small hand-held tools to make minor adjustments to parts.
• Read and understand measurement devices.
• Assemble loose parts into a jig fixture.
• Weld per print specifications.
• Handle/lift/push/pull up to fifty (50) lbs. (wire spools / parts) on a repetitive basis.
