Job summary

ES MFG in Dexter, MI is seeking experienced MIG Welders for full-time positions on 1st and 2nd shifts. You will lay out, align, and weld components to exacting blueprints and job instructions, using MIG/wire-feed welding and shielding gas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience.
• Demonstrated MIG/wire-feed welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and tape measures.
• Ability to understand work orders, routings, and job instructions.
• Experience laying out and fitting parts using weld fixtures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Dependable and able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

We are hiring experienced MIG Welders for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Dexter, MI. If you have hands‑on MIG welding experience, can read blueprints, and are looking for consistent hours, we want to hear from you!

Shifts

1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Layout, position, align, and fit components into welding fixtures.

• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, clamps, grinders, and other welding equipment.
