Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, work orders, and fabrication drawings.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce parts that meet dimensional and quality specifications.
• Inspect welds and finished products for accuracy and defects.
• Perform visual inspections and identify areas needing repair or rework.
• Use measuring tools to verify specifications.
• Grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces before and after welding.
• Maintain production goals while ensuring quality workmanship.
• Complete production, quality, and safety documentation accurately.
• Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, and safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with material handling and movement of fabricated products throughout the facility.

2nd Shift: $20.50/hour

Job Location: Tyler, TX

Shift Schedules

1st Shift

• Monday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Friday: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Saturday: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM (as needed)

2nd Shift

• Monday - Thursday: 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM (as needed)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with material handling and movement of fabricated products throughout the facility
