Remedy Staffing is hiring MIG Welders for a fabrication facility in Mineola, TX. The role involves performing MIG welding on components, reading blueprints, setting up welding equipment, and ensuring parts meet specifications.

The 1st shift runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM with a pay rate of $25.00/hour DOE. Join a safe, productive environment and contribute to high-quality CNC machine components.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on components according to production schedules and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, work orders, and fabrication drawings
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Produce parts that meet dimensional and quality specifications
• Inspect welds and finished products for accuracy and defects
• Perform visual inspections and identify areas needing repair or rework
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and gauges to verify specifications
• Grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces before and after welding
• Maintain production goals while ensuring quality workmanship
• Complete production, quality, and safety documentation accurately
• Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, and safety concerns to supervisors
• Assist with material handling and movement of fabricated products throughout the facility
