1st shift, Mon - Fri, 7am - 3pm

$20 - $26 p/hr

Position Summary: The Welder will perform daily set-up and fabricate/weld (MIG) weldments in various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The role requires utilizing blueprints for setup and inspection to meet customer specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set-up, lay-out, tack-up, and weld sheet metal to construct customer parts and components.
2. Tack and/or weld metal parts together using MIG welding.
3. Safely apply welds according to specifications to produce finished products.
4. Monitor fitting, burning, and welding processes to prevent overheating, warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of materials.
5. Capable of porosity-free MIG welding.
