Position Summary:
Seeking a skilled MIG Welder to fabricate parts based on blueprints and technical drawings. This is primarily a MIG welding position, with occasional TIG welding as needed. The role involves reading plans, preparing materials, and producing quality welds in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine weld specifications.
• Perform MIG welding on steel components with precision and consistency.
• Occasionally perform TIG welding when required.
• Prepare and clean materials prior to welding.
• Accurately measure components using a tape measure.
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in MIG welding (steel); TIG welding experience a plus.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Solid understanding of welding equipment, settings, and techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Basic hand tool experience.
