Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a reliable MIG & TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Kentucky. The ideal candidate will produce quality welds, read basic drawings, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, Friday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with Saturday overtime as needed. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience (TIG experience preferred).
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable with a positive work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
