Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Athens, GA. The role focuses on reading blueprints, setting up welding equipment, and performing precision welds on stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys.

You will inspect welds for quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following all safety regulations and equipment maintenance needs. Shift: 2nd and 3rd.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as MIG/TIG Welder or similar role.
• Proficiency in TIG welding techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as required.
• Certification in welding or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding.
