Basin Holdings LLC. is seeking a MIG Welder for a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will operate welding equipment, read blueprints, and maintain quality while following the JobBoss process.
The position requires the ability to read tape measures and perform shop math, with 6 months of welding experience and 3 years preferred in welding, blueprints, and quality checks. Working hours are 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.

of using various types of welding equipment. Responsible for maintaining quality. Responsible to the JobBoss process and reporting accurate quantities.
++Essential Duties++ Manually guide electrode or gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld and size of molten puddle.
++Other Duties++ Assist other departments as required/directed. May act as line leader, setting up lines, and checking weld quality of co-workers as required. Other duties as assigned.
++Minimum Experience and Qualifications++ Ability to:
++Experience++ 6 months required in welding
3 year(s) preferred in welding, reading blueprints, and checking weld quality.
