Basin Holdings is seeking a MIG Welder to join the Weld department in Mitchell, Indiana. The ideal candidate will operate various welding equipment, maintain quality, and adhere to the JobBoss process for accurate quantity reporting.
The role is full-time with a 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. shift and occasional mandatory overtime. Eligible benefits include paid holidays after 30 days, health benefits after 60 days, and a 401(k) plan after 90 days, plus a $150 PPE allowance.

Can perform a variety of welding functions. the individual should be familiar with and capable of using various types of welding equipment. Responsible for maintaining quality. Responsible to the JobBoss process and reporting accurate quantities.
Manually guide electrode or gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld and size of molten puddle.
Assist other departments as required/directed. May act as line leader, setting up lines, and checking weld quality of co-workers as required. Other duties as assigned.
6 months required in welding 3 year(s) preferred in welding, reading blueprints, and checking weld quality.
