Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine weld specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Produce high-quality fabricated metal parts that meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools and drawings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

IQ Resource Group is hiring MIG/TIG Welders in New Holstein, WI!

Are you an experienced welder looking for a company that values quality craftsmanship and offers competitive pay? We're seeking skilled MIG/TIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum and take pride in producing high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you!

Location: New Holstein, WIPay: $22.00-$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday night-Friday morning | 10:30 PM-6:30 AM
  • Training for 3rd shift will temporarily take place on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to 3rd.

What You'll Do

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine weld specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Produce high-quality fabricated metal parts that meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools and drawings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of current MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred.
• Experience welding multiple materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and weld specifications preferred.
• Welding certificate or technical college training is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proven commitment to workplace safety.
