Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years’ MIG/TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specs.
• Accurate measurement with calipers and tape.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Weld parts to print and ensure quality.
• Perform in-process checks and report defects.
• Maintain 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
• Mentor teammates and support production goals.
• Use Shop Floor Mobile for scheduling and labor reporting.
