Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in partnership with a local Tualatin company is seeking a MIG/TIG Welder to fabricate and repair custom HVAC systems for industrial settings. You will read shop blueprints, follow SOEs/OMSs and AWS specs, use GMAW, FCAW, and resistance welding, and operate plasma cutters, chop saws, grinders and related equipment with precision.

The role emphasizes safety, lean practices, and the ability to work across areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Weld metal components per shop blueprints, SOE/OMS, to AWS specifications.

Responsibilities

• Weld metal components to fabricate or repair products according to blueprints and AWS specs.
• Cut metal using plasma cutter or grinding discs following blueprints.
• Operate equipment such as Chop Saw, Crane, Die Grinder, Drill Press, Grinder, Bandsaw.
• Work safely and efficiently, following lean practices.
