Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces and set up welding equipment.
• Precisely control welding gun, wire feed, and shielding gas to produce strong welds.
• Inspect welds for defects and ensure standards are met.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment.

Location: El Dorado, AR

Pay Rate: Up to $28/Hour

Hours: 40+ Hours/ Week

The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next Mig Welder. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but also to be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Mig Welder Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces, selecting appropriate filler metals, and setting up the welding equipment.
• Precisely control the welding gun, wire feed, and shielding gas to create strong and clean welds.
• Inspect welds for defects, ensuring they meet required standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment

Experience and Requirements:

• Previous mig welding experience in an industrial setting is preferred
• OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
