Job summary

ISC Manufacturing LLC in Burleson, TX is seeking an experienced MIG/FCAW Fabrication Welder to build rugged, reliable equipment for heavy industries. You’ll read blueprints, set up components, and perform welds in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions on carbon and stainless steel.

You will prepare parts with grinders and torches, use tape measures and gauges, and ensure parts meet AWS D1.1 standards. A pre-hire welding test and post-hire AWS D1.1 certification test are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years MIG welding experience with FCAW capabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in conveyors, heavy equipment fabrication or similar environments is a plus.
• Able to read blueprints and use tape measures and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Review detailed blueprints and set up components to spec.
• Weld in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions on carbon and stainless steel.
• Prepare parts using grinders, torches, and other handheld tools.
• Maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with teammates.
