Job summary

360X Staffing is seeking an experienced Structural Welder for a shop-based, large-scale industrial project. You will weld structural steel, pipe supports, cable tray supports, transformer vault components, and related assemblies with FCAW, reading drawings and ensuring accurate fit-up and high-quality welds.

Candidates must demonstrate strong safety focus and the ability to produce consistent, defect-free welds in horizontal and vertical positions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Structural Welder or Welder/Fitter.
• Strong FCAW welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
• Skilled in fit-up, layout, and weld symbols.
• Careful attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to work in horizontal and vertical positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding on steel components and frames.
• Weld pipe supports, cable tray supports, and transformer vault components.
• Read drawings, interpret weld symbols, and verify dimensions.
• Prepare surfaces, fit-up joints, and ensure quality welds.
