Southland Holdings is seeking an experienced Shop Welder/Fabricator for our Burleson, TX facility. The role focuses on welding pipe, templates, trench boxes, and steel piles, with emphasis on reading fabrication drawings and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include operating ARC and MIG welding units, fabricating new or replacement parts, and coordinating with crews. Candidates should have weld testing readiness and a strong work ethic, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ARC (stick) and MIG welding.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and specifications.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
