Job summary

Master Halco, Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading fence and deck products manufacturer/distributor, is hiring a Welder at our branch. You will weld pipe using MIG/ARC equipment, lay out sections on a jig, and prepare materials for fabrication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years welding experience with MIG/ARC
• Experience working with hand tools
• Able to lift/move heavy materials up to 75lbs
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions
• Ability to perform layouts using jigs
• Ability to work around heat and chemicals
• Must be able to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Weld pipe using MIG/ARC welding equipment and techniques.
• Prepare, cut pipe sections using table or jig saw, then setup lay-up sections.
• Locate materials to complete project.
• Complete projects using manufacturing work orders and/or verbal instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other warehouse and gate fabrication duties as required.
