Job summary

Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer and distributor of fence and deck products, is seeking a Welder to join our branch. The Welder will prepare, cut, and weld pipe sections, complete projects, and locate materials to meet work orders and verbal instructions.

The role offers a day shift, OT as needed, and a competitive pay range with benefits, including health care, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years welding experience with MIG/ARC required.
• Experience using hand tools and reading work orders.
• Ability to lift/move heavy materials up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Ability to layout work using jigs.
• Ability to work around heat and chemicals.
• Overtime availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cut pipe sections using table or jig saw in preparation for welding.
• Weld pipe using MIG/ARC welding equipment and techniques.
• Complete projects using manufacturing work orders or verbal instructions.
• Locate and gather materials to complete projects.
