Job summary

POSITION OVERVIEW

This dynamic position combines both kitchen prep responsibilities and front-of-house fast casual service duties, offering variety in your day and a full understanding of our operation. You’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience for our guests by preparing high-quality ingredients and delivering top-notch service.

BACK OF HOUSE / KITCHEN / PREP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow all food safety practices and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and state/federal guidelines
• Rotate ingredients using FIFO method and monitor freshness throughout the day
• Prep vegetables, proteins, cheeses, herbs, and dressings (when applicable) to standard using proper techniques and portioning
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (knives, peelers, processors, etc.)
• Accurately read and follow prep instructions, batch recipes, and checklists
• Assist with restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed
• Keep prep stations clean & organized, throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening and mid shift duties, including cleaning and restocking
• Report equipment or food quality issues to the manager on duty.

FRONT OF HOUSE / SERVICE / BOWLER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
• Toss, mix, and assemble salads according to menu standards and guest modifications.
• Accurately read and complete in-store and online orders in a timely manner once fully cross-trained
• Package and hand off online orders for customer pickups and delivery drivers
• Maintain a clean and sanitary service/bowling station throughout the shift
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both guests and team members
• Refill line ingredients and supplies during service; assist with stock rotation.
• Rotate ingredients using FIFO method and monitor freshness throughout the day
• Assist team and management with miscellaneous side work during slower periods of your shift (e.g., stocking, cleaning, organizing, light prep).
