• CDL A with a clean, verifiable driving record.
• Ability to operate company vehicles for extended periods and in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to support logistics, deliveries, and field operations.
• Assist with transportation of materials, equipment, and supplies to designated project sites.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage reports, and compliance documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch, managers, and team regarding route planning, delays, or updates.
• Support emergency or high-volume operations, including storm response deployments.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe condition.
• Follow all safety requirements, policies, and best practices.
• Represent Blackwood Solutions with professionalism during all interactions.
• Regular schedule offers home time every other weekend.
• Flexibility is essential; schedules may shift during storms or emergencies.
• Overnight travel should be expected during major projects or weather mobilizations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must reside in the Mid-West area
• Valid CDL A with a clean and verifiable driving record.

• Strong reliability, communication skills, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift, load, and transport materials as required (up to company-specified weight limits).
